Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in One Products. We select and manufacture all of our products with care and are committed to ensuring our customers get the best value for their dollar. Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us as a company; so, if you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy for all orders. For complete details, please see below.

Terms
We are happy to provide all customers with a 30 day return policy should they be unsatisfied with a product. If 30 days have passed since your date of purchase, you will no longer be provided the offer to return your purchased products. Any return request after the initial 30 day period will be refused.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items also cannot be returned with this policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Any items returned in a damaged or used condition may not be accepted or may be subject to 10% restocking fee.

Upon the request to return you will be asked to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Without this we cannot accept or process your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 14 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Books with obvious signs of use
• CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software programs, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds
Once we issue your refund, please allow 10 to 14 business days for the amount to process and be applied to your original payment method. Please allow this time period to pass before contacting us regarding your refund or credit. If after 14 business days you have yet to receive your expected refund, please contact us at contact@promounts.com

Clearance and Promotional Sale Items
All clearance sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Promotional sale items may be returned and refunded depending on the promotion provided at the time of purchase (Please consult the corresponding Promotion’s Terms and Conditions for more information.) All promotional sale item’s return value will only be that of which they were purchased for, not that of the items total or original value. The return of promotional sale items will be refunded or credited in the amount of the purchase price, not the original item’s value amount.

Exchanges
If your item has arrived defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement through one of our limited warranties. For more information please contact us by email at contact@promounts.com.
Upon receipt of your email, we will ask you to provide the following:
• A copy of your invoice or receipt with your name, billing address, method of payment and product purchased.
• The damaged or defective product.

Upon receipt of your damaged or defective product, we will inspect the product and determine the next steps. Should we find the product to be considered damaged or defective (as determined by and stated with that items respective warranty) we will issue you a replacement item to be shipped, if available, within 10 to 14 business days.
Depending on your location, the estimated delivery window for your replacement product may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was originally shipped to a different address, the refund or credit will be applied to the original method of payment and forwarded to the purchaser of origin.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item 1 arrives back to us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

. In addition, all original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds or credits are issued for product costs and applicable taxes only.
If you are shipping an item valued at or over $75 USD, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for any loss or delay of your return before its arrival at our warehouse location.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
